Call & Collect

You can place a phone order at any store location and arrange a contactless pick up at your convenience.

Messenger service may be available based on the purchase price; ask for a Brand Ambassador for details.

Contactless with Apple Pay 

All stores offer Apple Pay to limit the need for contact at the time of purchase.

We ask all customers to please pay by credit, debit, or Apple Pay - all our stores will be cashless at re-opening.

We will be sanitizing the debit terminals both before and after you use them.

Here’s what we’re doing to keep you and our team safe

We’re wearing masks

We will always be wearing masks and we’re asking that you do too.

For the safety and reassurance of all, please make sure you are wearing your mask when you visit our stores.

We’re back at The Well 

We’re back at The Well offering our signature hand washes to all people entering our stores.

Use your favorite fragrance with our no contact testers to wash your hands and feel more comfortable  

We’re cleaning frequently  

Stores will be cleaning high-touch surfaces in accordance with CDC guidelines

in addition to scheduled store cleanings before, during, and after business hours 

We’re social distancing  

Due to the intimate size of our stores, we will open for business only permitting 2 customers in the store

at a time to allow 6 feet of social distancing for everyone. Please wait outside of our store if you see us with 2 customers inside.

We’re offering prepackaged samples in lieu of testers  

We will be offering premade, sanitary samples of most of our product assortment in-store to limit the use of testers. Don’t see a sample of a body care, hair care, or face care product you want to try? Ask the Brand Ambassador if it’s possible to prepare one for you.



What stores are open? Are there any changes to store hours?

Grand and Chelsea are open for business as of July 1st, and 56th is open on July 6th, while Roosevelt Field is only open for call and collect at this moment. We may be operating on alternative or shorter hours based on NYS requirements and business conditions, and to also allow us more time to clean the store before and after business hours. Visit our store locator page to check on the hours of your favorite store.

If I feel sick, can I still come shop?

Please use your best judgment. If you are not feeling well, have a fever or other flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please stay home. This also applies to our store teams, who will have regular health checks before being permitted to work.

Is your website accepting orders?

The website remains open 24/7 for any of your product needs. Please check our Shipping Notice for updated information on when you can expect your order to arrive to you, as we are still experiencing delays due to increased sanitary conditions and government restrictions on the amount of employees allowed in our distribution center.

What is your return policy and has it changed after COVID19?

In store, any purchases from February 15th – March 16th will be eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment if returned in unopened condition by July 31. Our standard 30 day return policy applies to all purchases made beginning from the date of our reopening.

All returned products will be sanitized and kept off the sales floor in a designated area for 48 hours before being eligible for sale.
