Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19, please allow up to 10 - 15 business days for your order to process before being shipped. We work to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, however we do ask all customers to be mindful that we are proud to have stayed true to our roots by packaging each delicate order by hand with extra love and care.


Next Day Air - Arrives on the next business day.

2nd Day Air - Arrives end of day on the 2nd business day.

3 Day Select - Arrives end of day on the 3rd business day.

Ground - Arrives within 1-7 business days. 

Please allow extra time for your order to process around US holidays.

*We are unable to ship to : Hawaii, Alaska, Guam or any commercial and freight forwarder addresses. SABON USA is not liable for any damaged orders that are shipped to freight addresses or any addresses outside the U.S.

* If you wish to have expedited shipping, please note this does not expedite the processing time in our warehouse. Please allow time for your order to process before being shipped out.

Sabon USA's facility does not operate on weekends and national holidays. Please plan delivery time accordingly. We are unable to gaurantee a delivery date for orders placed with the UPS Ground Shipping option.

UPS estimated shipping arrival times :

* Currently, UPS is unable to deliver Sabon packages to P.O. Boxes or locations outside of the U.S. We do ship to Puerto Rico.

* Depending on the total weight of the item(s) you purchase, the shipping destination and the shipping method, your shipping rate will vary. Your total shipping & handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Sabon is unable to waive any UPS shipping fees.

*All free shipping promotions are calculated based on the grand total of the order. The grand total is indicated after all promotional discounts or loyalty points have been applied.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case where you wish to return any portion of your order.

* If a package is returned to us by our carrier after 2 delivery attempts or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be refunded.

* Free ground shipping promotions with orders of $100 or more is limited to orders below $500

* We do not accept international credit cards for online orders at this moment.
