What form of payments are accepted and how long will it take to process my order?

Sabon currently accepts the following forms of payment: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Paypal.

Sabon operates Monday-Friday (may vary during holiday season). Orders are processed between 3-5 business days, excluding weekends.

*Processing times may be delayed due to high volume and / or during federal holidays.

I would like to purchase a gift card, what are the terms and conditions?

Looking for the perfect gift? E-Gift Cards are available for purchase here. An e-mail will be sent to a recipient of your choosing immediately after purchase. Sabon e-Gift Cards can be only redeemed online, through our site portal.

*Please note that in-store / boutique handheld gift cards cannot be redeemed online. As of 2014 policies have changed under Sabon management, in-store and online gift cards are not transferable.

I live outside of the United States, may I place an order?

Sabon is unable to process international methods of payment, or to ship internationally.

At this time shipping is only available within the United States (excluding: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and the Virgin Islands).

How do I track my order?

UPS is the primary shipping carrier used by Sabon; UPS is unfortunately unable to deliver Sabon packages to any P.O. boxes.

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details of your shipment. Please note SABON is not liable for any missing or lost packages.

How can I make a change, exchange or cancel my order?

Sabon customer care is unable to cancel or make any changes or exchanges to your order as it is being processed.

Sabon reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms & Conditions.

How can I return my order? Do I need to return the free gift (if applicable)

We want you to enjoy our products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, you can return to us within 45 days. Sabon customers can use Easy Return to print pre-paid shipping label and ship the products to us. Please note, damaged or missing products should be reported within 3 days with photo proof. You will be required to return the free gift (if any) in order to get a full refund.

Sabon reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms & Conditions.

How do I qualify for a free gift?

From time to time, we offer free gift with qualifying purchase. Subtotal must exceed indicated amount according to each promotion before taxes and shipping and after loyalty points and gift cards have been applied. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or used in combination with any other offer.

What if my package is stolen?

Once the package is delivered, Sabon is not liable for any stolen packages. We will try our best to file a claim to the carrier on behalf of our customers, however we can not guarantee any result.

Why am I paying sales tax?

Sabon is required by law to follow each States’ sales tax collection guidelines. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase amount, including shipping and handling charges (as required) and any additional taxable products or services. Tax exemptions cannot be accommodated online. Purchases paid for using SABON Gift Cards, eGift Cards or SABON points are subject to applicable sales tax. No sales tax is charged when purchasing SABON Gift Cards or eGift Cards.
